MiniYOGI is a collection of colourful activity books, introducing kids (5-12 years old) to yoga.
Each volume enables them to learn, have fun and relax around yoga, and is equivalent to one yoga class.
Each book includes breathing exercises, physical trainings, games and relaxation moments to develop children flexibility, strength and balance. Therefore, kids discover a multifaceted activity they can practice alone or with their family as it includes playing cards too.
